My favorite admonition is: &quot;You will be who you think you are&quot;  Positive and repeated affirmation of who you are creates natural forces in the body and mind that cause behavioral changes or reinforcement of behavior consistent with that of an individual who is who think you are.  For example as you repeatedly say quietly to yourself &quot;I am a great author of fictional stories&quot;, you will begin to do those things that a great author of fictional stories does.  You will do them naturally without thought because that is who you think you are.  &quot;You will be who you think you are&quot;  This phrase is the secret of life and embracing it will ensure your intellectual, spiritual, vocational and personal fullfilment.
